This list is going to the strongest characters in the series. Now, when we say strongest we don’t mean in terms of power. We’re talking about physical power. The kind that can rip a guy’s arm off and beat him to death with it.

[1] Shao Kahn

Shao Kahn is shown to be an immensely powerful being with superhuman strength and durability. Armed with his Wrath Hammer, Shao Kahn can send opponents flying with one swing. Not only is he extremely powerful fighter but he’s a powerful magic user as well. He can absorb the souls of others to increase his own power and it’s so potent, he can rob the billions of souls of an entire realm with a hand motion, often using portals in conjunction with his soul steal to access the souls of a realm without stepping foot on it. The warrior souls he has taken have also retained their memories such as combat knowledge, making him wiser with every soul he imprisons within him. He can enhance his strikes with green energy to increase the power behind his attacks, greatly increase his attack speed with it and sometimes use it to propel himself to great distances.

[2] Jackson “Jax” Briggs

Despite his already formidable upper body strength, Jax utilizes cybernetic strength enhancers (then later on bionic limbs) to augment his physical power. He’s so powerful that he can crush a human head with ease, launch purple shockwaves at opponents, and even shake the earth with a single punch.

Being a member of the Centaurian race, Motaro possesses incredible strength, so strong that he could knock human opponents several feet away with a single punch.
