Marvel has come out with some really awesome characters but few more prominent than the X-Men. The X-Men are a group of mutants who fight with the goal that humanity and mutantkind can coexist peacefully together.
(1) Cyclops
Powers: High intensity optic blasts
Leader of the X-Men, love interest of Jean Grey, and one of the original having a place in nearly every incarnation of the X-Men over the last 50 years.
(2) Wolverine
Powers: Enhanced regeneration, heightened senses, indestructible Adamantium skeleton, retractable claws that can cut through anything
I’m quite sure that Wolverine has made everyone’s list. He’s dark, he’s gritty, he has these savage urges. He’s the bad boy of the group who isn’t afraid to get down and dirty.
(3) Storm
Powers: Weather manipulation
From a child street thief to a goddess, Storm has become one of the most prominent characters in the franchise. She’s also one of the first black superheroes…cough cough….heroines.

(4) Rogue
Powers: Absorb other’s memories and powers through physical contact

Powers: Ice manipulation

Powers: Telekinesis, telepathy, reality manipulation
There’s no member of the team who’s sacrificed more than Jean. She’s died and been reborn several times over the course of their adventures.

Powers: Telekinesis, made constructs from psychic energy
