Stephen King vs. Dean Koontz | Vs. Polls

Thanks for checking out another polls post. We’re changing things up a bit by focusing on a couple of authors. Undoubtedly, some of the most renown authors in the game, we’re pitting the legendary Stephen King against the incredible Dean Koontz. Both authors have put out some duds but dammit if the majority of their books haven’t changed the game and help redefine literature across the world.

Stephen King began his writing career in writing in 1967 with his short story, “The Glass Floor” and has gone on to write such classics as It, Carrie, Salem’s Lot, and The Dark Tower series. Dubbed the “King of Horror” he’s also written several under the pen name Richard Bachman.

Dean Koontz began his writing career in 1968 with his first novel, Star Quest. Some of Koontz’s best works include The Eyes of Darkness, Odd Thomas, Demon Seed, Phantoms, and Lightning. Like King many of Koontz’s books have been adapted into movies.

Here, we’re going to see which one of these established authors the fans dean the best.
