Fantasy has had its share of male heroes and villains, but it’s also had its share of awesome female characters as well. And with the progression of pop culture, we’re seeing more and more female characters coming to the forefront. Granted there are a bunch of Mary Sues in the bunch but there are also a lot of interesting, well-written ones too.
