This is, of course, my list of 100 favorite movies of all time. This is going to be films that I’ve personally watched and enjoyed and will not be in any kind of order.
(1) Transformers: Dark of the Moon
Set three years after Revenge of the Fallen, this follows the warring Autobots and Decepticons’ last days of the war as they battle to possess powerful technology from their homeworld crashed on Earth’s Moon to restore their home. Michael Bay has been guilty of a lot of things but making action scenes epic is one of his best qualities. If you want to see Transformers at its best Dark of the Moon takes everything great about the franchise and pushes it to the limit. If you like fast paced action, it has it. Explosions and gunfire, it has it. An awesome skydive scene, you better believe it.

(2) Bad Boys II
The film follows detectives Marcus Burnett (Martin Lawrence) and Mike Lowrey (Will Smith) investigating the flow of illegal drugs going into Miami by druglord Johnny Tapia (Jordi Molla). Easily a great movie with a ton of action and a lot of humor. But the best aspect is the dynamic between Lawrence and Smith who easily carry the film and deliver the emotion and the laughs. This is the best of the best when in comes to bud cop and action.

(3) Wicked City
The story takes place towards the end of the 20th century and explores the idea that the human world secretly coexists with the demon world with a secret police force known as the Black Guard protecting the boundary. Violent, bloody, vulgar, and tons of nudity, Wicked City is a young boy’s dream come true of true anime. It’s an interesting story with two really good characters in a dark world. Demons be damned.

(4) Innocent Blood
The film follows a beautiful French vampire Marie (Anne Parillaud) who finds herself pitted against a gang of vicious mobsters led by Salvatore Macelli (Robert Loggia) who eventually becomes a vampire himself and schemes to build a criminal syndicate of vampires. I like the neo-noir feeling of the film as well as the combination of supernatural and crime elements. Also, Marie is one of the more interesting vampires in film. Besides, Robert Loggia’s freaking awesome.

(5) Aliens
The film follows Elle Ripley (Sigourney Weaver) as she returns to the moon where her crew encountered the hostile Alien creature, this time accompanied by a unit of space marines. One of the best sci fi horror action films of all time, Aliens manages to not only take everything great about the first film and expand upon it, but also raised the bar for sequels. It’s got a great soundtrack, the practical effects are awesome, there’s a lot of great action, great characters; it’s just great all around.

(6) Predator 2
The film focuses on a disgruntled police officer and his allies who’re attempting to stop the killing spree of the Predator, a technologically advanced alien hunter. Despite the negative reviews, Predator 2 is a great sequel that ups the ante in terms of action and lore. The soundtrack is just great, the action is great, there are great performances. It’s just a fun dark film.

(7) The Mask of Zorro
The film features the original Zorro, Don Diego de la Vega (Hopkins), escaping from prison to find his long-lost daughter (Zeta-Jones) and avenge the death of his wife at the hands of the corrupt governor Rafael Montero (Wilson). He is aided by his successor (Banderas), who is pursuing his own vendetta against the governor’s right-hand man while falling in love with de la Vega’s daughter. An incredible cast of talented actors and actresses bring the legend of Zorro to the big screen masterfully. The movie has charm, humor, emotion, a great soundtrack, and some of the best sword play to date. This movie put Antonio Banderas on the map for me.

(8) Justice League
The story follows Batman and Wonder Woman who recruit The Flash, Aquaman, and Cyborg after Superman’s death to save the world from the catastrophic threat of Steppenwolf and his army of Parademons. Despite the negative reviews, Justice League is a solid comic book team of movie with a lot of great action, good humor, and great characters. I love the cast and the chemistry between them. And the movie also has some of the best action scenes.

The Avengers and the Guardians of the Galaxy attempt to prevent Thanos from collecting the six all powerful Infinity Stones as part of his quest to kill half of all life in the universe. Infinity War definitely changed the game in terms of comic book team ups having came together after numerous movies set in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. This movie has one of the largest cast of characters I’ve ever seen in a movie and they’re all well balanced together. There’s a lot of great action and an epic war between Wakandan forces and alien invaders. And not to mention, Thanos, who’s become one of the most iconic movie villains of all time.

(10) Miss March
Eugene believes in no sex before marriage. So DID his girlfriend, Cindi. His BFF loves sex. At Senior Prom, just before sex with Cindi, he falls into a coma. Waking up 4 years later, his Cindi is Miss March in Playboy. Can he get her back? I’ve never really liked comedies like this but this movie has a lot of charm to it. It’s stupid but is pretty clever with its execution. Where else can you watch a bus bounce and see a woman fly out the window?
