Female-Led Video Games 2000s | Ranker Tier List

While we love video games, we admit that a lot of them are predominantly led by male characters. But that’s not to say that there aren’t female characters. In fact, a lot of the best characters are females. Let’s look at characters such as Sonya Blade, Chun-Li, Zelda, Tifa Lockhart, and Jill Valentine. These kickass women dominate the gaming scene making many best game character lists. So, with that being said, let’s enjoy the games that do feature females as lead characters as more and more games give rise to them.

In this ranker tier list, we’re looking at video games that either feature a female protagonist, multiple female protagonists, or a primarily female cast. This will not include games where the protagonist shares the spotlight with a male, just females. Also, this is ranking games I’ve personally played and will be updated accordingly.
