Anime has always given fans great characters to like, love, and even hate. In this post, we’re talking about some of the best characters known in anime. Note: this list isn’t in any particular order (though some are more favorable than others).
20. Satellizer el Bridget (Freezing)

Abilities: While utilizing her Stigmata, she gains super strength, speed, and durability. She is also a highly skilled swordsman.
A second-year student at West Genetics, she is a highly skilled Pandora who is known as the Untouchable Queen for her ruthlessness in combat. Despite the tons of characters, Satellizer is the only standout character with any personality and an interesting background. She is easily the only reason to even watch this anime.
19. Mugen (Samurai Champloo)

18. Inner Moka Akashiya (Rosario + Vampire)

The dark but true side of Moka Akashiya, she is mostly an anti-heroine, she is not without her fair share of villainous moments. Leagues better than her nicer personality, this Moka kicks all kinds of tail. Literally.
17. Sanji (One Piece)
