Pokemon Violet debuted on the Nintendo Switch in 2022 along with its sister title Pokemon Scarlet. Players control the protagonist as they explore the Paldea region in a quest to master Pokemon battleing while completeing the Pokedex, an in-game encyclopedia, by obtaining the 400 available Pokemon.
