This has been a trying year for cinema. And with all the lock downs, outbreaks, and general unpleasantness there’s been a lot of want for escapism. Sadly, not a lot of movies have provided it. Between the poor quality and propaganda there’s a lot to be said about movie making these days. However, there have been a few diamonds in the rut.
