Another Final Fantasy game ranker is here, and we’ve got some pretty awesome contestants. The four games we’re focusing on are Final Fantasy XV, Final Fantasy X, Final Fantasy VII, and Final Fantasy Dissidia Omnia Opera.
As per usual we’re utilizing our famous 1-to-5 Rating System, 1 being the worst and 5 being the best.
Setting – This area focuses more on the story elements and the world itself. This also includes the main protagonists, the supporting characters, and of course the villains.
- Final Fantasy XV – 4-Star
- Final Fantasy X – 5-Star
- Final Fantasy VII – 5-Star
- Final Fantasy Dissidia Omnia Opera – 4-Star
Gameplay – In this area we’re ranking based on the gameplay mechanics and how well they are implemented. We’re looking at the combat system, the loading screen time, and smooth gameplay.
- Final Fantasy XV – 3-Star
- Final Fantasy X – 5-Star
- Final Fantasy VII – 3-Star
- Final Fantasy Dissidia Omnia Opera – 4-Star
Visual Design – This area focuses on how well the visual appeal is to the game. This doesn’t necessarily mean just the graphics but also the art design, the in-game graphics, the cutscenes and cinematics.
- Final Fantasy XV – 4-Star

- Final Fantasy VII – 3-Star
- Final Fantasy Dissidia Omnia Opera – 4-Star
Sound Design – This part we’re looking at how well the game sounds. This includes the overall sound design, voice performances, music, and soundtrack.

Content – This part of ranker we’re taking a look at the content and overall replay value. This includes the quests and downloadable content.
