Lightning-type powers are awesome and if I could choose having powers for myself it would be this. There are a bunch of characters in comics who wield it so I decided to put out a ranker for them.

As per usual we utilize the 5 to 1 system, 5 being the best and 1 being the worst. Also, as per usual, this list will be continuously updated accordingly the more comics I read.
