- The Cabinet of Curiosities (2002) – When an ancient tunnel underneath New York City a charnel house is discovered. Inside are thirty-six bodies–all murdered and mutilated more than a century ago. While FBI agent Pendergast investigates the old crimes, identical killings start to terrorize the city.
- Still Life with Crows (2003) – Agent Pendergast investigates the gruesome murder of a woman in Medicine Creek, Kansas with the help of local teenaged misfit Corrie Swanson, discovering that the murders are connected to an old curse.
