One thing about the Fallout games that makes them so great (and so frustrating) are the companions.  These characters aid the Courier 6 in their search across the Mojave Desert to find the person responsible for living them for dead.  In this post, we’re taking a look at the companions of Fallout: New Vegas.

Arcade Israel Gannon

Quote: “I’m really very boring.  You’d get better stories out of a Freeside junkie.”

Description: Member of the Followers of the Apocalypse operating in Freeside’s Old Mormon Fort who researches the potential medicinal uses of naturally occurring compounds.

Craig Boone

Quote: “You take out a debt, it’s only a matter of time before someone comes collecting.  Things just finally caught up with me.”

Description:  Former NCR 1st Recon sniper with a grudge against Caesar’s Legion and a chip on his shoulder.

Lily Bowen

Quote: “Didn’t your mohter ever tell you it’s polite to help an old lady carry her bags?”

Description: A Nightkin and former assassin in the Master’s army

Raul Tejada

Quote: “Sure, boss.  I’d be happy to prolong my captivity and psychological abuse to tighten some lug nuts for you.”

Description: A ghoul mechanic and former gunslinger held hostage by Tabitha, the mad leader of the State of Utobitha.

Rose of Sharon Cassidy

Quote: “NCR and their goddamn nicknames, as if Caesar himself is gonna piss and run if he hears them.”

Description: Former caravan merchant and daughter of John Cassidy.

Veronica Renata Santangelo

Quote: “Sorry about that.  Just because I love them doesn’t mean some them aren’t assholes.”

Description: Disillusioned Brotherhood of Steel scribe stationed at the 188 trading post.
