Welcome to another list of the best of 2010, which I might add, has come out with some awesome television shows. Everything from mystery to the supernatural to science fiction. As a side note: this list will definitely be updated accordingly.

The first season of this mystery begins a year after the disappearance of Rosewood, Pa., high-school student Alison DiLaurentis (Sasha Pieterse). Her four estranged friends start receiving mysterious messages from someone who seems to know all of their secrets. These cryptic messages from an anonymous “A” lead Emily (Shay Mitchell), Hanna (Ashley Benson), Aria (Lucy Hale) and Spencer (Troian Bellisario) to reunite and start investigating who might know their darkest secrets, as well as what exactly happened to Alison.

2. Breaking Bad (Season 3)

In the third season, Walt has embraced his Heisenberg personae – continues to battle dueling identities: a desperate husband and father trying to provide for his family and a newly appointed key player in the Albuquerque drug trade.

3. The Walking Dead (Season 1)

After nearly being killed, police officer Rick Grimes awakens from a coma to a world ravaged by a zombie apocalypse. He ventures out into the world and discovers a small group of survivors as they learn to navigate this new reality fighting zombies, dwindling supplies, and other survivors.

4. Doctor Who (Series 5)
Stars: Matt Smith, Karen Gillan, Arthur Darvill, Alex Kingston
The newly regenerated Doctor bans together with Amy Pond as they go on adventures across time and space while they discover cracks in the universe that can erase things from existence.

5. Sherlock (Series 1)
Stars: Benedict Cumberbatch, Martin Freeman, Rupert Graves, Una Stubbs, Mark Gatiss, Louise Brealey
Sherlock Holmes, an analytical deduction fanatic, is helping the police out with their enquiries for fun, when he runs into potential flatmate Dr. John Watson, fresh from serving in the war in Afghanistan and sporting a limp. In spite of Watson’s initial skepticism, Holmes’ brilliant mind and dangerous lifestyle offer the stimulation he craves, and the two quickly forge an alliance.

6. Raising Hope (Season 1)

When well-meaning 23-year-old Jimmy Chance has a one-night stand with a wanted felon, he ends up being a dad to a bouncing baby girl. Inspired to do the right thing by his daughter, he has to convince his less-than-enthusiastic parents and great-grandmother to help him raise her.

7. True Blood (Season 3)

After Sookie discovers Bill was kidnapped, she heads to Mississippi, where she becomes entangled in a world ruled by werewolves and a powerful Vampire King. Eric is also drawn to the King’s domain to settle an old score; Jason falls for a mysterious woman; Lafayette can’t avoid love or demons; and Sam uncovers the truth about his birth family.

8. Being Human UK (Series 2)

After the death of vampire leader Herrick at the end of season one, Mitchell, George and Annie are hoping to get on with their lives, but an even greater danger is lurking in the very human world that they so badly want to be a part of.

9. Nikita (Season 1)
