Top 10 Continuous Spell Cards

Continuous spell cards are cards that remain on the field after their activation. Like most spells, these cards are utilized during the player’s turn. They might not be the most powerful or strategic, but they are some of my favorites.

1) Gravekeeper’s Servant

Your opponent must send 1 card from the top of their Deck to the Graveyard to declare an attack.

2) Solidarity

If you have only 1 original Type of monster in your Graveyard, all monsters you control with the same Type gain 800 ATK.

3) Wave-Motion Cannon

During your Main Phase, you can send this card to the Graveyard to inflict 1000 damage to your opponent for each of your Standby Phases that have passed since this card was activated.

4) Card Trader

Once per turn, during your Standby Phase: You can shuffle 1 card from your hand into the Deck; draw 1 card.

5) Banner of Courage

All monsters you control gain 200 ATK during your Battle Phase only.

6) Spell Absorption

Each time a Spell Card is activated, gain 500 Life Points immediately after it resolves.

7) The A. Forces

All Warrior-Type monsters you control gain 200 ATK for each Warrior or Spellcaster-Type monster you control.

8) Continuous Destruction Punch

If the DEF of the attacked Defense Position monster on your side of the field is higher than the ATK of the attacking monster on your opponent’s side of the field, destroy the attacking monster. Damage calculation is applied normally.

9) Blaze Accelerator

You can target 1 monster your opponent controls; send 1 Pyro monster with 500 or less ATK from your hand to the GY, and if you do, destroy that target. Your monsters cannot attack the turn you activate this effect.

10) Call of the Mummy

Once per turn: You can Special Summon 1 Zombie monster from your hand. You must control no monsters to activate and to resolve this effect.
