Building Yu-Gi-Oh! decks are a fun and challenging experience and I’ve decided to go ahead and post lists of decks I’ve created. In this post, we’re looking at a aqua-themed deck. The only rule is that the deck will consist of 50 cards (not including from the extra deck).
