The young adult genre has definitely impacted not only me but also countless people around the world. The struggles of adolescence and finding one’s path in the world while learning about the good and the bad is something everyone can identify with. The genre has definitely grown since my childhood whether it’s been adults writing it or even young adults themselves, the internet has made it so accessible for people to do so.
