Fallout 5 Wishlist (Part 21-30)

Part 3 of our Fallout 5 Wishlist. 21. Online 4 Player Co-op In the next incarnation there needs to be multiplayer. I’m not looking for an entire massive online game but like in the Borderlands and Borderlands 2, have the game support co-operative play for up to four people; the difficulty of the enemies as well as the quality of the loot drops scales with the number of players. But it’s easy to see why people (and I include myself) would want it. 22. Other Playable Races Hell, even bring…

Fallout 5 Wishlist (Part 11-20)

Part 2 of our Fallout 5 Wishlist. 11. More Unique Weapons We definitely need to bring back the unique weapons.  One of the best and most valuable weapons in any of the FO games is FO3’s Dart Gun, a weapon capable of crippling any creature (especially helpful with deathclaws).  How about the Rock-It-Launcher, Drone Cannon, Railway Rifle, and Mesmetron?  What about in NV? There’s the Tesla-Beaton Prototype, Golden Gloves, and Yao Guai Gauntlet.  Even in FO4 some unique weapons include Cryolator, Kremvh’s Tooth, Broadsider, and Junk Jet. We don’t need legendary…

Fallout 5 Wishlist (Part 1-10)

Part 1 of our Fallout 5 Wishlist.  1. New Location Location is key and the FO series has definitely brought us some interesting locations.  FO3 brought us to the Capital Wasteland of the Washington, D.C. region, NV showed us the former Las Vegas, and FO4 left players exploring the Commonwealth known as Boston, Massachusetts.  With locations as awesome as these where can the series go next? Now there has been some talk about new locations for FO5, many of them wanting to go over seas to other countries such as China, Russia,…

Fallout 5 Needs Better Quests

This is Fallout.  We definitely need to have some more special and interesting missions.  I know we’re in the wasteland and everything is a threat and the land is desolate but we can still have the extraordinary missions and quests to embark on. There are three categories of missions: main story, side quests, and dlc missions.  The main story missions should focus on progressing and expanding upon the main story.  Side quests often flesh out the world of the game, offering more insight into characters and backstory.  Downloadable content, like…

How Would the New Combat System Work in Falllout 5?

Throughout the series, the Fallout games have all featured varying combat systems due to the changing games.  In this post, we’re taking a look at the various games and their combat systems and then discuss what could possibly be in the Fallout 5. Fallout and Fallout 2‘s combat system is turn-based. The game uses an action point system where in, each turn, multiple actions may be performed until all points in the pool have been expended. Different actions consume different numbers of points, and the maximum number of points that can be spent…

Fallout 5 Needs to Have Better DLC

The Fallout games have been praised for their high level of exploration and replayability. But it’s the additional content that just adds to the awesome gaming experience. Fallout’s downloadable content is actually pretty good. They fall into two categories: additional content and expansion. Additional content brings new elements to the gameplay such as increasing the level cap, introducing new characters, new enemies to fight, and new weapons. Fallout 4‘s Automatron introduces players to the supervillain, The Mechanist, whose robot army is ravaging the Commonwealth. This dlc gives players a new robot companion…

New Location Ideas for Fallout 5

In the below post, I’m going to come up with four locations that FO5 should take place while introducing modes of travel, possible creatures, and points of interest. Manhattan, New York – Manhattan could potentially be the biggest Fallout game. A great location with with grand sites such as Madison Square Garden, Times Square, the Empire State Building, and the Brooklyn Bridge.  Central Park could be a good location as a home for a specific creature such as Mirelurks, Deathclaws, Giant Mantis, Floaters, and Bloodbugs due to the trees, large…
