Snow White and the Huntsman is a 2012 dark fantasy film directed by Rupert Sanders, based on the fairy tale “Snow White“.  The film stars Charlize Theron, Chris Hemsworth, Kristen Stewart, Sam Claflin, Ian McShane, Bob Hoskins, Ray Winstone, Nick Frost and Sam Spruell, and the film follows Snow White (Stewart) after escaping the capture of her stepmother, Queen Ravenna (Theron), enlist the aid of the Huntsman (Hemsworth) to help stop her stepmother’s evil reign.
